Awful customer service
I’ve tried getting help logging into the application multiple times with no luck! No customer service rep can figure out the issue and transfer me to another person every time.

Unusable App
Got the app hoping it would be better than trying to sign into the website every time I need to look at my benefits. I login and the screen asks for me to select the plan I’d like to view, but there is nothing to select it is just a blank screen.
In a word… “Useless”
I will never understand why you would create an app that has links to a website. That is so lazy and honestly it’s very confusing to the consumers. The app literally only tells you balances and your member information if you’ve been lucky enough to find everything that you’re looking for, good for you but I literally have to go to the website to find anything which reiterates my title …useless.

The app isn’t sending me an email to verify my email like it says it is, the claim submission option doesn’t get received by united healthcare (which is a known issue according to the rep on the phone) and the contact us phone number is incorrect and sends me to 1800mypillow. What a terribly run app for a billion dollar insurance company.

Awful
Turns out UMR does not, in fact, make health benefits easy. This app is awful. It is down more than it works. Even when it works it doesn’t provide helpful information or an easy experience. Why does my review keep getting removed?? Now wonder they have a high rating!
Lousy App - WORTHLESS
This app is so hard to keep connected to my UMR account. I can log in on my computers just fine - NEvER a problem. But the app continually tells me it doesn’t recognize my username or password, even though I have twice reset everything and SUCCESSFULLY logged in - that’s only two successful logins out of dozens of attempts, and that’s only after resetting everything! Besides all this I set it up tor face recognition - but after my facial recognition inserts the login and password, the app tells me it’s not recognized. WORTHLESS!!!

Can’t even log on
App is broken. Cannot login to my account. It’s not my login credentials because I can logon using a web browser.

Took a hour to get me one answer about if my doctor was in network services. Gave me the wrong number to check medicine co pays.

It would be one thing to be frustrated by a plan – that’s not the case here. The app simply doesn’t work.
Would you like to submit a claim online? Try it three or four times, you won’t be able to proceed, even though you have provided all necessary information.
How about find a PCP? Well, you can’t generate a list in the app, it’s not even an option… if you call, they’ll email you a list of names and numbers, no other information that I have to go track down information about the doctors myself.
I’m sure united healthcare has their own app – why can’t you just take that off the shelf?

Barely usable
They updated the app to add a bunch of invasive and rude social features that nag you on every login. They removed the ability to add the card to Apple Wallet. All their online documentation still states that you can do this. Too bad everyone has fired QA humans in favor of AI.

It’s not loading any information correctly, billing wise. It won’t even open the page to find a provider. It’s just a loading screen!!! Fix your app!
Awesome staff, very kind and helpful.
