Wasted time unable to help me
The only medication that works to relieve my neck pain is prednisone. I was just informed you guys are no longer prescribing that to patients. So now I am going to be billed for an absolute waste of an appointment when you guys have ALWAYS been fine giving prednisone for this reason

Generally Good but…
I use the app to track my daily blood glucose and weekly blood pressure readings. Had a glitch a few weeks ago where glucose readings wouldn’t sync. That resolved itself, but my blood pressure readings haven’t synced since July 4 (8 weeks ago.) I keep getting a message to make sure my phone is connected to the internet. It is. Other than this, it’s been a reliable app and good source for information.
