My experience with this clinic today was beyond disgraceful — it was reckless, hostile, and dangerously incompetent. What happened with Dr. Lodevico is something I would expect from someone completely unfit to work in healthcare. I had an appointment scheduled for July 20, 2026, booked days in advance for a simple medication refill. I even attached a photo of the medication to make the process idiot-proof. When Dr. Lodevico called, she asked for the medication name. I told her to check the attachment because I was driving. Instead of doing her job, she decided to lecture me with, “Next time don’t ask for service while you are driving.”
This was intrusive, unprofessional, and frankly none of her business. I did not ask for any “special service,” and I still have no idea what imaginary scenario she invented in her head.
When I told her to issue the medication and keep her unsolicited advice to herself, she escalated the situation by calling me rude — while she was the one acting arrogant, condescending, and completely out of control. Then she crossed a line that no medical professional should ever cross:
She cancelled my appointment out of spite, without issuing my prescription.
She left me with zero medication at home, knowingly putting my health at risk because she didn’t like being told to stop giving irrelevant advice.
This is not just unprofessional — it is dangerous behaviour from someone who clearly should not be dealing with patients.
I called the clinic for help. Raphael answered and left me waiting 32 minutes with absolutely no assistance. His “solution” was to book me again on Thursday — which I refused and still refuse. It is NOT my problem that this doctor decided to cancel my appointment for personal reasons. I needed my medication today, not days later.
This clinic’s carelessness is shocking. The level of negligence I experienced today is something I would expect from a place that has no standards, no accountability, and no respect for patient safety. You are responsible for any harm caused by this mess.
I expect immediate action against this doctor and immediate issuance of my medication.

Unreliable
You are more likely to have the appointment canceled than to actually talk to a doctor/nurse. They will confirm the appointment, send you reminders 10 minutes before hand and then cancel at the last minute. They have made errors with prescriptions and never fixed them despite being informed of their mistake. Awful service.

The doctor provided the best medical experience I have had in 8 years. They actually listen to your concerns and try to understand your side and provide realistic solutions.
Waste of time
I would not recommend this app to anyone. The app shows doctors as available, and after booking, you receive a confirmation that your appointment is confirmed. However, shortly afterward, a customer service representative calls to inform you that the doctor is actually unavailable and that your appointment must be rescheduled for two or three days later.
This is especially frustrating and unhelpful if you are in pain or need urgent medical attention. The availability displayed in the app does not seem to reflect the doctors' actual schedules, making it unreliable when timely care is needed.
