Worthless app when you need it most
No tech support and inaccessible when you actually need to use it. Beyond frustrating.
Terrible Service
I have previously had swiftMD who was excellent at prescribing antibiotics and actually treating issues. So far used this service 3 times and all 3 wouldn’t even prescribe antibiotics offered over the counter options. Why am I paying for this. Will try to cancel through Employer.
Quick, easy, accurate
Doctor responded immediately, was kind & efficient. I appreciated his insight. It was helpful being able to speak with a doctor “live” and it saved me an unnecessary sick appt with my pcp.
App and website support not working.
Ongoing issues with this app in the website. Just check other recent reviews honestly, I don’t think their customer support or the company actually cares about their patients
Horrific customer service with horrific program
This is hands down the worst telehealth company I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is poorly trained, and every time I call I get different (and usually wrong) information. I haven’t been able to log into my account for days, and it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone who actually knows what they’re doing.
When I finally got an appointment, I sat in the virtual lobby for 45 minutes before it was canceled. Then I found out providers often don’t even join the calls. To make it worse, they call from blocked numbers, so if your phone filters those, you’ll never even get the call.
I’ve spent over two hours just trying to get a basic appointment. Absolutely horrific customer service.
