Terrible app
This is a terribly designed app and some functions do not work. Some screens hide information and can only be seen in landscape view, but the header footer take up 90% of the screen. Very poorly done. Searching for local care in MN brings up service providers in Ohio. Did anyone beta test this app before release?

Inaccurate
I used the app to find a doctor … just to find out from BCBS customer service that their app is out of date and the doctor was not in my network. It feels pretty useless to use the app if it can’t be trusted.

You people waist more paper than half the other companies businesses combined
Make it easier
The website and app make paying premiums difficult. There should be a direct link to premium payments. Instead I need to navigate multiple pages to get to the payment page. What should take me no more than 2 minutes ends up taking 5 to 10 minutes and just wastes my time.
