FIX IT!!!!

I’m sick and tired of having to gbe through 3 goddamn pages on the app and 5 pages on web browser just to pay my monthly premium. This is nonsense and completely annoying!!

Glitchy app

Accidentally tapped on chat to get help and now no matter how many times I log out or close the app it always tries to start a new conversation with no way to exit that screen

Your insurance sucks! If I paid my bills with the money I pay you each month, I wouldn’t have a balance. I’ve never had such horrible insurance before. I can’t afford to get sick, and I can’t afford to pay your premiums. Ridiculous!!
