Takes forever to get password reset
After husbands face id didnt work, it asked for his password. That would not work. He then had to submit a request for a new password. Twice. Still did not work. Then sat on hold for almost 20 min to reach technical support. This app is great when it works. They need better and more technical support staff.

Send texts not emails for verification. Emails take forever to come and don’t always have service for. Horrible app
Test results is missing
Can no longer view test results in the app. It’s also really inconsistent. It’ll randomly just decide to not load anything in the app

Needs Improvements
Missing the functionality to schedule appointments directly in app like MyChart can, the appointment link brings you to a website instead. Would be nice to be able to add yourself to a waitlist for all departments like you can for certain other appointments, especially speciality departments such as GI which takes like 6 months to get into. It would be very helpful to have a function to see all outstanding lab orders or tests placed by your providers. It would also be nice to be able to see your specific care team in the app. Would like the ability to request medication refills in app like you can on MyChart.
Update: They keep removing functionality. Now you can no longer access your health records directly on the app. This app is very frustrating and vastly inferior to the regular MyChart app that other systems use by default.
