Never loads properly for me, always have to go to the web page browser to click into messages and visits

Appointment check-in process is confusing

Have someone walk through the appointment check-in process. The verbiage used isn’t clear. After walking through the confirmation of health conditions and Drugs, a box pops up that says you’re ready for check in, and in that box, it says a button to see future appointments. It never confirms that you ARE checked in! And what’s the purpose of having a button to see future appointments in the same box of your notice that you’re ready to check in? It’s just confusing. It should follow the industry example of airline check-in.

Terrible ‘Insurance Company’, good luck with claims, try your best to use someone else. They’re predatory, only there to take. Wish them the worst.

Needs Improvements

Missing the functionality to schedule appointments directly in app like MyChart can, the appointment link brings you to a website instead. Would be nice to be able to add yourself to a waitlist for all departments like you can for certain other appointments, especially speciality departments such as GI which takes like 6 months to get into. It would be very helpful to have a function to see all outstanding lab orders or tests placed by your providers. It would also be nice to be able to see your specific care team in the app. Would like the ability to request medication refills in app like you can on MyChart.

Find another way!

Authentication codes are a waste of my time. I won’t be checking in online anymore. And I don’t care if they are to keep my account protected. Find another way to protect my account than to waste my precious time waiting for a code! I’ll be going back to calling the dr office and checking in in person!

Garbage

This app (and full website) hasn’t worked for at least 48 hours. It repeatedly sends a verification code to enter, after you’ve entered your username and password, only to send you back to enter your username and password again, endlessly.
It’s makes no sense for a site to be down during a work week for this long.
I thought I may just need to update the app. It didn’t make a difference at all.

Several buttons can’t be activated

When attempting to select several core actions in the app like viewing summaries and messaging the care team the screen remains unchanged. The button doesn’t do anything.

New update: no test results?

I have always really liked the health partners app because it’s easier to navigate than the website, but now I can’t see my test results unless I log onto the website. Is this because of data laws? I don’t understand this change and if it isn’t required by law I would appreciate being able to see my test results on the app. If someone could explain or change it back I’ll update my review. Thank you.

Fix your app name

Searching “health”, “HealthPartners” and anything else involving the name of your app does not bring it up in spotlight. This requires me to go to the app drawer and scroll down to it just to open it. It’s incredibly frustrating.

App Good, Company Not So Much

They deny insulin. If you can, find an alternative insurance.

Dental insurance

Your website and your app is not easy to navigate and there is no dental section-? so why do I even have dental insurance if I can’t even find a periodontist or a dentist? You absolutely need a new website developer in an app developer.

Cannot check in

When I am checking in, it does not allow me to scroll down on the forms so I cannot sign them. I used MyChart before moving to this provider, I wish this app was more like that.

Issues with the UI in latest version

I’m assuming they’re aware, but messed up UI in current version. Seems to work, but lots of small gray boxes in mid line of app.

Menu never loads at top

When trying to schedule appointments for my minor children, the fields are blank but clickable. I have to guess who I’m trying to make an appointment for or see a test result. Spend some money on tech please.

Can’t create account

Put in correct information and still says the information is wrong

Messaging is terrible

Why would you bury the Inbox? Important messages are sent and IT can’t even place a bell icon with an alert symbol on the corners to link to the inbox? Ridiculous. Also, no one can sign the consent forms because, on iOS, you can’t scroll to the bottom to submit. Is mobile check in even a real thing? What’s up with the department that’s supposed to fix this stuff?
