Nothing happens

I downloaded to find out what to do with my burns but nothing happens in the app. I try to select the area of the burns but cannot select.

Not working

I am not able to get burn area to show up on model.

Not working

The app used to work but now I can’t select areas for burn calculation. I tapped on app support but that page is not working.
