Cannot find the information for my healthcare spending account credit card and all the spp wants to do is dign me up for health classes….nightmare!!
Fraudulent in the extreme
This app lists hundreds of local PCP as “accepting new patients”. Lies. Not a single place on Aquidneck island is taking new patients. Their website lists over 100. Half the phone numbers you dial are invalid or covert to non medical businesses. If this is the level of fraud with the available services, imagine the industrial level fraud they are doing with the billing. I have filed a complaint with the state insurance regulator. If nothing happens then I will file one via the federal Dept of Treasury as a strong candidate to investigate for wire fraud etc.

Awful
This is by far the WORST app I’ve ever experienced. You have to log in every time you open it and logging in takes forever, not to mention it will constantly kick you back to the log in screen and tell you it can’t verify your information. I’m forced to used this app to get healthcare credits AKA a legal way for them to charge people higher premiums. And the fact that the app sucks makes me believe it’s intentional to discourage people from getting these credits. Call me a conspiracy theorist but that’s how much this app pisses me off!

This app makes paying my bill so impossible. Major headache every month.
