Worst app ever, even the webpage sucks. Can’t log in or add dependents.
App does not work
You need to receive and verify a confirmation code to create an account that can either be sent to your email or telephone number. Selecting either option results in a code never being sent. I couldn't even finish creating an account. Just use the website.

I agree with others. This portal is a mess, confusing, and I got in ONCE, thought I fixed UN/email/password. Using Chrome on iPhone 16Pro max
Next login? Same deal - “That email does not match any records”. I was in IT for 35 years and have never seen such a maze of confusion.

Literally never works
Tried to pay my bill multiple times and it just sends me to the website where I’m unable to log in. So frustrating!!! Fix your app!!!!
