Registration inoperable

For over a month and a half, their registration portal has been down, meaning this app is nothing more than a welcome screen. Useless app from a useless company who has no urgency to let people register for the benefits THEY pay them for. Billion dollar company and they can’t even operate a functional app.

Not an insurance app?

Can’t pay bill, can’t see when bill is due, can’t find information on where spend is coming from, can’t find formulary, can’t find plan overview/quick coverage details. Only thing readily available is ID card and pharma spend, not plan/deductible spend. This is a fitness tracking app, not an insurance plan app.
