TERRIBLE Experience
The app lists providers that they DON’T cover. We called one number listed as a provider and it was someone’s random, personal phone number. The app will let you order contacts without a verified prescription with no warnings. My dad called customer service because I was originally not listed on the insurance plan even though I’m a dependent and my name was submitted. I called customer service weeks before an eye appointment to verify that the location of the provider was covered. When I got through the eye exam, our insurance was unfindable in their system under my name, my dad’s, and my mom’s as well as our card holder numbers. They accept NVA insurance at this location and have serviced other customers in the past. This is by far the worst health care user experience I’ve ever received.
