The app will not even let me view who is in my network. It never works no matter when or how I try to look up doctors.

Verify my ID via text (did not work or email) every time I sign in? Can’t add ID card to Apple wallet. Message says call number on card. Nope!

How do I log in to the Credence app?

You can log in to the Credence app using your existing Credence username and password for your online account. For quicker access, you can also set up Touch ID or Face ID for biometric login.
