The app is terrible!
The app will not even let me view who is in my network. It never works no matter when or how I try to look up doctors.

The doctors that you offer on this plan are terrible, I get three doctors in my area, but that’s who I work for apparently

Unable to see the claims I submitted from over a month ago.
They don’t pay the claims..
They don’t pay the claims even though they okay the surgeries, guess I’ll get my state insurance commissioner on this claim ..
Not user friendly
Verify my ID via text (did not work or email) every time I sign in? Can’t add ID card to Apple wallet. Message says call number on card. Nope!

UX designer and I don’t understand your app
First off I’m not the most knowledgeable when it comes to insurance and how it works. That being said, I really don’t understand what I’m seeing, what’s been paid out, and most importantly what i owe. Please invest in some Human-centered design efforts to make your products better.
On the go on hand information
This is a great way to keep up to date information concerning your plan, coverage, claims and deductibles even your id cards..
Garbage
App never works “you’ve encountered an error” is their way of hiding what horrible insurance coverage they have
Can’t even login
This app looks as though it was constructed in the 90’s. It is archaic and not only that, the screen where you choose how you want to dual factor authenticate doesn’t work so I am in fact never able to login. It’s useless and I wouldn’t recommend anyone download it or get this health plan.
NOTHING LOADS UP
I try to use the find care and it just has the buffing circle going the whole time and the same thing happens with claims.
Barely functional
I only use this app because I have the unfortunate situation that my employer has chosen this group to administer their self insured plan. If you just need to look at the most basic information on a claim it’s fine. Virtual card is nice. I would not use mobile to search for a provider or basically anything else. Also the list of dependents is good except it doesn’t include any suffix for them which a lot of providers ask for because they don’t list them on the card. Also the providers don’t recognize Credence unless you’re in Alabama so you spend time at the office while they figure out which regional plan to reference.

App is not working well, it’s freezing and not loading properly

For a while when I’ve opened app to sign in, it just stays on the screen with the image of the man with a child on his shoulders. And says loading but never loads
Provides ZERO Information
I can’t view my progress toward my deductible or OOP status. There is no way to view pharmacy claims I guess. The app gives no information.
Blue cross blue shield of credence app
App is terrible. It never loads and is very in convenient when you actually need it. Deserves 0 stars.
App is timing out
As of right now, the app is timed out. Tried completing form on line, but the answers were different than the paper you mailed.
