Horrible app - disinformation
My company switched insurances recently and let me tell you this is by far the worst health insurance app I have ever used. Not user friendly and I’m finding that a lot of the doctors it lists are incorrect. It is difficult to understand if a doctor is part of a group or private practice.
App is an absolute joke
Opened the app for the first time and registered. The 2 times I have tried to sign in I am getting an error security issue detected. It says I need to update my device so I did and still can't sign in. I don't understand how you make something so bad. Look at all the reviews and how low the numbers are.

Avoid Coupe if you can
The information provided by the app often has incorrect copays listed and is difficult to understand if a medical facility or procedure is covered if you don’t know specifically the person you will be seeing. I still haven’t received a clear answer on where to go for a regular annual mammogram, Tier 1 despite using the App, calling Coupe’s Customer and speaking with the providers in my city. I’ve also had numerous billing issues and spent hours on the phone and email writing with no resolution over 9 months. I’d avoid this plan in general if you can…

Great experience
This app is so easy to use! I love seeing how much my doctors cost upfront right in the app. Not related to the app, but also love this health plan option, it’s been great for me and I’ve had it for the past 4 years
Useless
I can never login with this app or site. I’ve successfully changed my password and it continues not to log me in.
