Miss the old app

I'm not a fan of this app at all, Rally was much better. This Optum Engage app is not easy to navigate, it is not nearly as easy to check in for daily activities so I don't even bother anymore. I used to log into Rally app constantly, I can't stand logging into this one. And now the thing that prompted me to put this review in: I went to check my steps and make sure everything is syncing and for some reason one day out of the month doesn't have the correct amount of steps and of course that is one of the days that I met the goal that counts towards my 12 for the month. Every other day is fine. I really don't understand when companies take products that seemingly work well and change them and it is worse.

Survey

The survey was really easy to complete.

Terrible

Absolute headache of an app. Steps consistently do not sync. Twice I had to open a support ticket. Their responses we know there’s an issue. I never once had an issue with rally with my iPhone 16 Pro. Optum Engage constantly has an issue syncing steps. I don’t understand why they moved from rally. It was so much better than this garbage that they implemented.

Helped me when I needed it

I know I should be on this app more, and my new Mid year resolution is to stay on top of it! I waited to long to avoid all of these rewards and gains
