User reviews

App No Longer User Friendly

Ever since the last update the app is difficult to navigate. Booking takes forever and overall the layout is just a hassle to deal with. The app was way better before they changed the booking process and layout.

BEWARE. Scammy dark patterns to extort your data

This PoS was supposed to be a “benefit” at my work gym. It started off asking incredibly invasive questions. I couldn’t get through to tell it to delete my data without answering a remarkable amount of very personal questions and then when I told them to delete my account they refused to do so without me giving them even more data! This is absolutely illegal in several jurisdictions. Avoid like the plague.
