Garbage, like most things Optum has to offer

This app is garbage. It’s like it was designed by children and tested by no one. As a new user, it’s impossible to create a new account - you just keep going in circles of failure. I called the phone number listed at 10:30 am and guess what? They’re closed. Beyond irritating. Don’t waste your time.

When it works ...

October - At first, things went along fine. But after about five weeks, the app would only work one time, period. I then have to delete and download each morning. I’ve sent in messages using the app so, who knows where they went? And, I’ve informed the nurse but nothing has changed in several weeks! Two stars only until fixed.

December 12 - Thank you for the download instructions! Still only works ONE TIME on a mobile phone (iPhone 6). Then it must be downloaded again everyday!

I may be 72 years old but I’ve been working with “portable” computers since 1987. Also, desktops, laptops, and iPads. YOUR APP DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON THIS IPHONE.

Does not work

I have to delete the app and reinstall after each use. Very redundant and time consuming

Sharon Morris

The app worked one time just fine and then I just get a blank screen. Why? Can’t do my weight.

No stars!

Likes the app, at first. Now, I also have to delete and re-install daily to get it to work. Who wants to keep doing that?
