Wow this is a terrible design, after downloading you can not login.
There is no way to enter a username because only the 10 number keyboard is prompted instead of a QWERTY board.

This app DOES NOT WORK! I, along with all other reviewers, cannot get into the app! Kind of an important deal, wouldn’t you say? It’s hard nowadays to genuinely earn 1-star reviews for it means TRYING to distribute a steaming pile in place of a mobile app. That is EXACTLY what this is!
Worst App Ever - No Tech Support
Like everyone else - The app only allows digits on the logon, and it still doesn’t work by using a member number.
Called UHC web tech support, and it wasn’t any better. Could barely understand the tech support person, who was zero help. She kept telling me to enter my user name! UGH!
After a half hour of the runaround, I asked to speak with another Tech, preferably someone who knows something. She was trying to get a supervisor on the line, but couldn’t even manage that! AARGH!!! Ask me for my contact number, which she asked to verify/confirm twice before already! 😤
That was a half hour ago!!!
