Terrible app experience all around
The app takes minutes just load like it’s back in the dial up modem days
Barely functional
This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used, pages rarely load correctly, it’s filled with bugs and is not fit for purpose
Doesn’t work
Very first time using the app, it allowed me to login and enter all the details for a claim. Then right when it came time to hit submit button, I get the “Sorry, something went wrong” error.
Only useful feature does not work
“Search for PPO providers in the USA” link does not work. That’s great……
Useless
I have been using the UHC global app for many years, and now have switched CIGNA. Nothing works right, and nothing gets fixed.
