No doctor available at the clinic
Very disappointed with my visit to Aster Clinic international city . I arrived on doctor’s availability timing which was mention 8am to 10 pm but there were no doctors available and no clear communication . This caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted time.
I was having eyes irritation and bleeding from nose at that time it was emergency, then I visited to aster pharmacy, they says without doctor they can’t give any prescription. I hope the clinic improves its scheduling and ensures doctors are available as per confirmed appointed timing.

Thanks to this app, I do not need to go there anymore, online booking is fast and really easy for everyone.
Refund not received after multiple follow ups
Made Home physio appointment through app, App shown some error but the amount got deducted 1075aed, contact customer care multiple times and send mail, they said it takes two weeks but even after two working weeks not refunded the amount, upon checking after two weeks they said it is refunded but not received any refund. There is no way to contact them, even customer care very poor response, they randomly connect to different department and no proper response. Nobody contacted me till now. It is not a small amount. Very disappointing and poor service. Still i am looking for my refund

Easy to use and order
The app has really good user interface navigation is smooth order placement and support is quick
Poor delivery service
placed an order for a vitamin supplement this morning through the myAster app. At checkout, it clearly showed a 30-minute delivery time. However, it has now been almost 12 hours and the order still hasn’t been delivered. Very disappointing experience and misleading delivery commitment. I hope the team looks into this and improves their service.
