Cannot log in, very frustrating. Agent direct you to website help desk rather than assist with basis log on instructions or resend reactivation code!!

I desperately need a permit for my medication but the app or website are both messed up.

Cannot register. As a British citizen I would like to state the medication I intend to bring to UAE (granted only in transit/connection).
Website says my username is either invalid or already exists regardless of what combination I enter.
App asks me for my emirates ID which I obviously don’t have.
This is very poor considering how strictly prescription medication for I’ll health is taken in the UAE - you need an efficient system!
