Would love to use it more to compete in worrk challenges but even though it says it synced nothing shows up. I believe that testing applications is not one of Optum’s strong points. It has costs me money not having this work ergo the rating of one star.
Stride is SO Glitchy!!!
First I am annoyed how this app will randomly sign you out of your account so you loose days to sync steps.
Second, now when I’ve signed in it still shows 0 steps. I walk over 2-3 miles a day. It is so upsetting that I am loosing out on my Stride rewards because this app DOES NOT WORK! Please fix ASAP.

Miss the old app
I'm not a fan of this app at all, Rally was much better. This Optum Engage app is not easy to navigate, it is not nearly as easy to check in for daily activities so I don't even bother anymore. I used to log into Rally app constantly, I can't stand logging into this one. And now the thing that prompted me to put this review in: I went to check my steps and make sure everything is syncing and for some reason one day out of the month doesn't have the correct amount of steps and of course that is one of the days that I met the goal that counts towards my 12 for the month. Every other day is fine. I really don't understand when companies take products that seemingly work well and change them and it is worse.
7/24/26 update: it took well over 2 weeks for that one day, 7/3, to FINALLY update and show completed this week.. and now 7/23 won't sync properly. My 12th day, the one that gives me my reward. All other 21 days this month synced properly on the actual day with no issues. So frustrating.

Garbage App
Doesn’t read info from Apple Watch or phone, consistently. Tired of deleting, redownloading, connecting device un-connecting device. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Too much of a hassle
Excellent program
App is super user friendly.
Terrible app
Syncs one day, the next day it doesn’t. Check everything and then go back and everything is unchecked. Continuously have to restart missions/challenges. So dysfunctional. Employer should have stuck with the rally app.
