Shady Business
So to begin with I work in the healthcare field. I ordered my kit for a testosterone test about 2 1/2 to 3 years ago. I did the test and sent it in promptly following all the instructions. Shortly, after sending it off, I was informed they were unable to process my sample. They sent another kit free of charge, but then I moved and it got mixed up in the shuffle. I just went to activate the test and it said it was expired. The customer service lady was nice but the company super shady. I know none of the materials in the kit was expired except for the alcohol swabs and I informed them I had my own that was not expired. They refused to honor my purchase and activate the kit. I hope they go out of business.

No Apple health integration
There is no “activity” section or Apple health integration on the app as the it says. Unless this a a feature that is expertly hidden then that is just false.

Do your homework. There are a multitude of better testing options from Labcorp to Quest to many others. This appears to be convenient but is not and is also slightly more expensive particularly when adding the shipping.
Easy to use
From download to account set up and test ordering - only took a few minutes. It also took my HSA card :)
