iPad App doesn’t work…..at all?

September 2026 Update: iPad app does not seem to work. It’s continuously stuck loading just after login. iPhone app now works fine.

Previous Review: Every other time I login it auths via FaceID, then makes me login and crate a new pin….so what’s the point of FaceID? Lol

Otherwise app works fine.

Trash App

The session expired as soon as I start a chat with online representatives, and I need to type my username and passwords again and again. And it can take forever to get a response from their representative. Don’t understand why my employer will partner with Accolade.
