Doesn't work

EOBs don't show. Notifications pane shows blank despite indicating there are notifications. Pressing on settings does nothing. Needs some work

Worst app ever

Between not being able to talk directly to the insurance company. Not having a direct link to the company that tells your EOB poor user design from multiple logins and multiple prompts for passwords in the same session how many pins can you create before it actually saves one? The wise owl will Never know never know never know.

Dumb

Worst insurance app ever. It doesn’t offer digital cards, you take a picture of your physical card. To top it off, the default shape of the crop box isn’t even a rectangle - which is the physical card’s shape. I haven’t even explore the rest, pretty sure it’s just as useless.

Useless clunky app

Tedious Sign-in

the app makes you sign in so many times, not just that it’s done every single time to access the app but that it scans my face at least three times, before making me input sign in info anyway, then scanning my face again for seemingly no reason, and THEN after all that still has the gall to suggest i make a pin to make it super more secure EVERY SINGLE TIME! just let me sign in and make my appointments!
