Terrible customer service
I reached my out-of-pocket maximum in August and I’ve been communicating with Blue Cross and my medical provider for 10 months and they just keep pointing their fingers at each other.
Every time I call, I have to spend 20 minutes explaining the problem to everybody, but it just doesn’t help. I’ve been on the phone one party or the other at least a dozen times and sent so many messages they can’t even be copy counted.
Simply ridiculous

These are a lot higher than last place. Maybe it’s based on employees? $10 to $35 for office visits? Wow…I’m in wrong business
