This used to be my favorite all-time app until it started crashing every time I open it. The app will open for 30 seconds and then close automatically I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it has not helped.

Not working getting an app error message

This worked wonderfully until January 2024! Then something happened and I am not getting credit/points for my effort. I called customer service and they were not able to resolve the issue. I have earned up to $800 in blue points and I am owed more! Especially since I pay a significant price for my health care!
