Apps are meant to make navigating a lot simpler. I downloaded it after continuously using the BCBS website and wanting to have something more handy. This app can probably get you to one or to pages/screens before you have to close the app because you can’t go back ‘home.’ The app give you an initial instruction screen with menu buttons ‘before wondering off’ but once you click away front that screen, those buttons are gone, hence the reason why you can’t go back ‘home.’

This app is actually the worst designed app I have ever seen. It is literally impossible to navigate and use.
Yep, still haven’t made improvements
App is still junk and doesn’t work 100% of the time. They clearly don’t want to give out rewards and don’t care to fix anything. Garbage app. Probably the worst app experience I have ever had.
Lags all the time
Terrible app! Seriously how can nobody fix this app after so many complaints.
Fix your app.
You don’t have a back feature. This app is borderline unusable.
