This app is useless. Downloaded it last week and I’ve been trying to on enroll my account but thethe button takes me to a white screen, EVERY SINGLE TIME! Shameful for a company as big as Bcbs!!!
The app sucks
The app does not have sufficient information in a clear way. The app ought to show information clearly about individuals, family members, and all the charges that are being brought against the health insurance. It does not it lacks the most basic information which would be relevant and useful for the user.

Yet another IT issue making the company look bad
The simple password reset feature doesn’t work right. This basic IT function is necessary for self service situations and patients can’t use their paid benefit without it which breeds numerous questions.

I went for my annual check up with my primary care doctor and was charged for this. Annual check up is supposed to not be charged. BCBS said we probably talked about something other than my annual check up that is absolutely ridiculous, isn’t that the whole point of having a primary care doctor that you would let them know what’s going on with your health!!

Constant issues
I don’t use this app often but when I do always has issues with logging in, then recently got an email that says my email was changed even though I never requested it. Trying to get help is such a hassle. As a member who also works in a provider office would think this would function and operate better so things can be viewed properly and without issues every time. I finally was able to get in touch with support and just had my whole account unregistered so I can re-register because there were so many issues!
