Only worth it if it’s free
If your employer is going to fully pay for this app, then there’s nothing to lose and you might as well try it. It is not worth spending money on, in fact I think they overcharge my insurance company for what I get. Basically once a week you watch some short corporate training-esque videos. The people in the videos seem to have won the genetic lottery and are beautiful and skinny and it seems to have come to them effortlessly. Basically they took mindful, intuitive eating, distilled it down to its most vaguest parts, and popped them into some cookie cutter videos. You would be better served watching intuitive eating videos on YouTube. They say that you communicate with coaches on the social platform but the reality is, they reply with a link to one of their mediocre videos that you should watch. They say that they customize the content, but it is not apparent if they do. It feels very cookie-cutter. In fact, I lost a few pounds and gained it all back and my videos this week were all about how I have been doing so great and have had such great success. This is not an app I would recommend to my friends.

Almost Perfect… but not quite
Users need the option to not have the weekly videos auto play one after another.
If you use the food log, you can say “yes” to eating slowly, but that option doesn’t exist on the timer itself.
It would be nice if you could put glasses/tumblers in by standard sizes (of ounces… 8, 6, 23, 32); currently adding them all together each time you add a new glass is kind of annoying.
PLEASE, please, please create a widget for my iOS!!!
My BIGGEST suggestion would be to have a variation on the 10-5-10 timer… 7 - 2.5 - 7 - 2.5 - 7. When dining with others this creates natural pockets for conversation, but allowing for food not to get cold as quickly.
The videos are good, methodology is good, overall the app is user friendly, it’s upbeat, and very positive.
I really love the program itself!

Supporting
A supportive app for training your mind & body to overcome past obstacles of bad habits.
NCNot my charge
Can’t automatically post weight
All I need it do is pair up to my Conair Scale because Apple Health doesn’t provide that component when it shares data.

Great
I am on week two and so far I am enjoying the app. The tips on how to eat are doable and I am implementing them into my daily routine. I look forward to exploring the extra resources.
