App is horrible
There’s always a sign in issue. The search portal for finding a pcp/doctors is outdated. A lot of junk numbers and incorrect doctor’s offices there.
Worst App Ever
I have never in my life used an app that was more useless than this one. Over 90% of the time I can’t log in, and when I can, I don’t know where to go. It’s the least user friendly app I’ve ever used. I hate this app.
Rarely logs in
I cannot log in to the app most times I try. I get an error message. It is frustrating and pretty much worthless right now.
Barely Functional on iOS
Log-in attempts mostly result in “Safari can’t open the page because the network connection was lost”, making the app extremely unreliable. Using different networks, disabling VPN, etc. seems to have no effect.
Doesn’t work
The app never allows me to sign in. As others said, it always pops up with a error message that connection is not secure and doesn’t allow you to do anything beyond that screen
