My knee replacement surgery

Read doctor’s notes. All during the prepping for the surgery. Staff was helpful in putting my mind at ease . Very explicit instructions what I was to do . Felt at ease . All the way till I was anesthetized. Though I had intense pain. The hospital staff did their best to mitigate that pain. Very responsive when I had to relieve myself. The food was exceptional for a hospital facility. Overall. Outside of the pain . Had a good experience.

Not so great anymore

Use to be easy to message your doctor about something - now… they want you to pay for any communication since Jefferson took over. The amount of caring has went down a lot.
