Best staff ever nurses and doctors 💞
I love this small quaint hospital more than the huge one on Cedar crest with some not so nice staff the last time I was there…..
Needs improvement regarding two-way communication
Unfortunately, when a patient is in the hospital and the caregiver needs to communicate with the caregiving team, it’s not possible. You get a message saying, if you have any questions type them here and the page says unable to process communication. You also need an email box for process improvement suggestions. I’ve been through hell with having two parents in this hospital. There’s no one to talk to case managers are inept. They tell you one thing and do another. I’ve just had horrible experiences since there’s no way to communicate. i’ve sat and waited eight hours in the hospital to speak to a doctor when my mother was in the trauma unit no one showed up. She sat there for four days with a broken leg and no one help her but I’m sure we would charge for it. doesn’t upper management want to know what’s going on?

Love the portal and app. Makes life so much easier for a working person. I have been able to message and get answers more efficiently than taking time to call someone. I love the paperless appointment follow ups and information. Overall, great!
Fantastic Pediatric Care
Bernadette at the front desk is so kind and welcoming, always helps out with forms and insurance as needed. Nurse Megan is so sweet and genuinely cares about the patients. She’s such a pro at shots, too. Always calm, quick and comforting to my little ones. Dr. Adumala is fantastic! He is always willing to take the time to listen to my concerns and always makes sure the patient and mom are comfortable with every part of the check up. I love this practice!
