Buggy

Using this app is an extremely buggy experience. For being such an important app than hinges on whether people get their benefits or not, it should work flawlessly. Either the programmers are terrible and should be fired, or it’s done on purpose. In either case, it’s not in the interest of the People.

A joke

Every time I turn something in way ahead of time I still get notices stating we never received it or it’s weighed
you’re gonna get cut off. I’ve had enough. This is like number six of a mess up on yalls end!

Love the app until recently

I was loving the app up until recently. It’s stating it was an error and that I was locked when I only go in to turn in information that’s needed for my case record. I changed my security questions and I also changed my password and it’s still saying I’m locked and that there’s an error I tried calling but did not get any help.
