Using this app is an extremely buggy experience. For being such an important app than hinges on whether people get their benefits or not, it should work flawlessly. Either the programmers are terrible and should be fired, or it’s done on purpose. In either case, it’s not in the interest of the People.

Every time I turn something in way ahead of time I still get notices stating we never received it or it’s weighed

Love the app until recently
I was loving the app up until recently. It’s stating it was an error and that I was locked when I only go in to turn in information that’s needed for my case record. I changed my security questions and I also changed my password and it’s still saying I’m locked and that there’s an error I tried calling but did not get any help.

White page
Since the update all I have is a white page. I assume it’s because I have an older phone? I’m in need of pa help so it can’t be that you need me to get an expense phone. When the phone I have works just fine for making calls. I mean you people should know this, that when people are on assistance and especially older folk we aren’t looking to keep up with the newest phones out there. Or even afford a new one. So now I can’t even use this service anymore. Like everything else in America now this is now a dead end too. Thanks.

Worst Government Website I’ve ever used
This app is ridiculous. If you want to submit documents for your case, I would recommend going in person because the app is a waste of time. It hardly works, it freezes constantly, you can’t submit documents for your case. It’s down for maintenance. It’s literally the worst website I’ve ever used.
