This app has been incredibly easy to use! I am able to send important documents with quickly, get notifications when my SARs is due and make changes to my case all with ease.

I am 60 years old and don't know much about technology; I find it difficult to fill out the form.

Confused
Often times while using the app I get confused on why one back arrow will make me start over and the other will take me to home page. Also while submitting documents they often times show up distorted or blurry.
Income
Well I think it’s disgusting how you’re not actually looking into income just making stuff up. Even though all income was reported to you.

Easy to use
MyCompassPA is a well-designed App making it simple and easy to view details and to upload required documents.
The worst
The county assistance office penalizes you for not submitting timely changes and uploads of documentation but the app never works. When you call, there is only someone you can speak to on Thursday or Friday after 11am (during hours that most people work. Then you stay on hold for an hr+ trying to get a live person which may or may not happen before your call is disconnected.

Make uploading files available
If it is possible, it would make it more convenient to be able to upload files instead of having to print paystub’s and other documents and having to take pictures of them. I have tried taking screenshots of documents on my phone and uploading them as pictures but whenever I do that they come out blurred.

Using this app is an extremely buggy experience. For being such an important app than hinges on whether people get their benefits or not, it should work flawlessly. Either the programmers are terrible and should be fired, or it’s done on purpose. In either case, it’s not in the interest of the People.

Every time I turn something in way ahead of time I still get notices stating we never received it or it’s weighed

Love the app until recently
I was loving the app up until recently. It’s stating it was an error and that I was locked when I only go in to turn in information that’s needed for my case record. I changed my security questions and I also changed my password and it’s still saying I’m locked and that there’s an error I tried calling but did not get any help.
