App CONSTANTLY crashes
Lately, when you open this app, it logs you in but then completely crashes. It does this repeatedly and calling Well On Target to inform them did nothing either.
App won’t open
Keeps crashing and if I delete the app my data will be removed. Please fix.
Defect after last release
App used to be great and now won’t even load when I have Face ID turned on. Just continues to pop up face id over and over and never loads it.
Blacks out
App updates that don’t make sense. Trackers used to be easier to use.
HORRIBLE GLITCHES
Stupid app did not count points towards the programs that I entered and did all the videos on. It just kept saying that I had not completed it. This app often forgets my username and password and identifies me as a non-user when I try to login. The app crashes often FIX IT!!!
Please fix the login bug😭
I really like this app so i don’t want to review bomb yall!! I was trying to find a way to submit a ticket for troubleshooting, but unfortunately this is best— as of like July 28th or 29th, the app can’t seem to make it past the login screen; it tries to activate face ID but continuously fails. Hopefully it gets fixed soon! There’s a red error toast that drops down from the top, but it’s so quick i can’t catch it to see what it says. Wish i could attach a screen recording cause i totally would for helping yall identify the bug haha

Little things big impact
I have really enjoyed using this app to track my water intake into set health goals that are easy to create. I also like getting the rewards and treating myself.
Glitchy
Had to delete and add. Doesn’t pair well with Apple Watch, missing points..etc
Bummed
Being a teacher, we don’t get any of the other cool insurance covered apps like this. I was excited to have one that works. But what I discovered was something clunky that doesn’t work with my Apple Watch directly and seems outdated and gimmicky.
Currently not opening
I've had a lot of issues getting into the app before but right now the app is constantly opening over and over trying to get to the login screen but it never can.
Crashes and doesn’t track
Our company uses this app for the Well On Target program and I logged on yesterday and instantly started having issues. The has failed to track my Apple Health and accumulate the daily points, the app opens and closes, and I ended up uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Still doesn’t work. Who knows how many points that I should have accumulated because of it not working. I ended up going to the website to complete my mid year health check in.

Terrible
This is the app integrated with health insurance, and because of that the result of using it will be some real dollars in your pocket, hundreds times more than from the numerous other apps that supposedly reward you with points for walking and such, but in reality exist on ad revenue. However, the overall design and number of bugs in this app is simply overwhelming. Another overwhelming feature of it, apparently thanks to insurance companies in the play, is the number and frequency of legal agreements literally on every screen, where you have to put your initials seemly before every tap.

Not user friendly
It’s very hard to use this app! It’s not intuitive. It’s difficult to find the articles, then get back where I was. It’s very slow and takes a long time to load. There seem to be about 3 different names, the app name, the program name and then another name?!

Lag/Blue Points/Misc
I’ve often experienced difficulty signing in.
There is no explanation about there being a limit to how many Blue Points can be cashed in at one time.
Also when you say you don’t use tobacco your still prompted to “work on quitting” my using trackers, pod casts, etc. This doesn’t make sense-

Frustratingly bad
This has to be one of the worst, probably the worst, wellness tracking/coaching apps I’ve ever used. Super archaic. Highly glitchy. Not at all intuitive. On the landing page it keeps telling me to check out programs to enroll in despite being actively enrolled in those programs. It just blindly suggests the same programs to me regardless of the appropriateness. For example, I am a fairly healthy male and it keeps suggesting pregnancy health programs and diabetes management programs. Those programs are probably useful for their intended audiences but I’m tired of having to navigate past them every time I open the app. The programs I do participate in constantly fail to update when I enter my progress or sync my health devices. And half the time I am instructed to click on links that simply don’t load. And there’s so much more that I just don’t have the time to go into here. If this were just some random free app, I’d just delete it. But it’s part of my employer’s health program so I want to advise any employers against considering health programs that utilize this app. You’re being marketed something that is simply garbage and absolutely does not serve your employees well.

Just awful
This worked for about 3 weeks in February but not since. Pure aggravation.
Multiple crashes
This used to be my favorite all-time app until it started crashing every time I open it. The app will open for 30 seconds and then close automatically I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it has not helped.
