Ineffective app
Waste of time. App crashes constantly. I was told by my employer that I would receive gift cards by completing tasks within the app but it crashes before I can even see if the rewards are there.
Poor
Functions on the website never works and it goes on days without being available to access it.

Unable to redeem. The button no longer shows. Annoying
Redemptions
Redemptions have been unavailable for far too long, and I’m not able to log eligible activities
Struggle to update
Edit: app bug has been resolved after a week or so. Still a bit of a clunky app and need to regularly open Apple Health and then the Empower app to get Empower to pull latest fitness/step data in.
Prior review: I opened the app a week ago to ensure my activity data was tracking and syncing only to find a prompt saying I needed to update to the new version of the app. I clicked to follow the link to the updated version on the App Store but all I see is an option to Open the app. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. No luck. I waited a week in hopes this bug would be fixed, but when I tried uninstalling and reinstalling today, I get the same “new version available” message in the app sign-in page and can’t access WellPower data.
