Convenient and Decent

I can get my medication. Have my questions answered. Conveniently and quickly from home. I recommend this for the basics, but probably isn’t as good as a long term in person PCP. I don’t really know.

Technical issues in all

The doctors themselves are good, but we always have problems with the app, it takes many tries to get in and talk to a doctor, sometimes we have to do a normal phone call rather than the video call in the app because it doesn't work
