Amazing All and getting better

The more I use this app, the more efficient managing my heath care has become. Latest functionality used was having the app find a local specialist and book an appointment for me. Prior to this functionality, I used the Pharmacy features to research cost for prescriptions. Managing prescription became so much easier. Thank you Transcarent!

Pointless

I don’t see the point of this app. The couple of things you can do on here. I can do just fine on my original insurance app. I can access my insurance card, see my benefits, how much til I’ve met my deductible. Find a doctor, find pricing for specialists, procedures, book a real doctor via telehealth, ask for a refill, have referrals sent for a new dr. And the list goes on, I don’t know what the purpose of this application is for. About as annoying as using 9am health

App help button?

The app is NOT user friendly. I’ve been trying to get help opening a section that I’m required to complete in order to obtain my necessary prescription refill for over a week. I’ve tried asking the AI , I’ve tried messaging the “coaches”, and about 5 others. Getting to actual tech support is almost impossible and doesn’t have an easily accessible option on the home page or anywhere else. Gee, I wonder why. The tech support doesn’t care if people get the meds they need so why would they make it easy to contact them.

This app is the worst

65% of the time this app doesn’t work. Log in black outs lasting days, delayed password reset codes, had several times where I had to ignore phone security warnings because the app wasn’t updated. Cant get any updated/push messages from providers. Can’t even log into another app without it to ensure my medication prescriptions are being sent, causing worry and anxiety-it is a frustrating and frankly offensive process when you think about this is who is handling your medical care.

If you want an AI doctor who gives you the runaround…

If you ever wanted your healthcare to be taken over by AI and have the only answer to all questions be “I’ll get back to you” without the part where they ever get back to you, and you get to talk to a different person with every sentence, then this is the healthcare for you! Also included is all your medications being dropped cold turkey because they lie and tell you they’ll prescribe them without ever actually doing it. Also they’ll continuously ask you to schedule appointments so they can bill your insurance but never actually address anything or fulfill any promises made during the appointments. Scam. Also the app is bugged a new way every week. Train wreck, harm causing, delay of care, scam.
