Doctor acted bothered and didn’t help whatsoever. Then ended chat on me. Waste of money and time
Great when it works
This app is great when it works and you can actually access your EOBs. There are frequent issues where the server crashes and it will not allow you to access them so what good is it? When you call customer service they tell you it is a k own issue that affects them as well and to just keep trying as well as next day. I have been trying for days and for several weeks off and on. It’s ridiculous. And it’s not just the app, the online access does not work either

Amateurish app
This app is awful.
Ther top issue is that there’s a facility to have the app “remember” me but it only does that for a few hours, so I have to log in again.
Also, after requiring a “code” to log in after using a password, there’s another tick box that is supposed to “Trust this device for 90 days”. It clearly doesn’t (see above).
The message facility is also poor. It offers none or honors none of the standard text functionality that iPhones offer.
These are the glaring issues. Wading through the amateurish parts of this app makes this experience poor and only worth one star.

Useless Service. Hope they go under
A service that exists for health insurance to get out of paying a reel doctor. I have gotten better service at gas stations then this so called health care provider which does not respond or provide any care despite me insurance requiring me to use them.
