Not overly impressed
Had several hiccups. Not the easiest to use, didn't bother tell me I had to fast b4 bloodwork & missed important things. Had to reschedule appt. Health coach is mediocre. Health tips are limited.
Terrible App
Lay out is terrible, and won’t receive any codes to my email or phone for a required password change. Tried calling for support (it’s not even 3pm at this point) and everybody is gone for the day… terrible support for trying to get account access for something health related.

Terrible app and terrible service
Many times I am blocked from logging into the app and additionally the reset password function does not work. It’s extremely frustrating. Additionally the customer service seems to be almost 100% AI. Also the forms I need to fill in to get my medication are constantly missing and the weird AI agents can’t seem to figure out how to fix it. There used to be real customer service people who would help but they seem to have been replaced by AI. All in all it’s an incredibly frustrating app to use.
