Slow
In the middle of my telehealth appointment the app slowed to a crawl and typing was nearly impossible. iPhone 14 Pro. Terrible experience. Please fix it asap.

When i registered i was told i would not be charged until after i spoke with provider. This was not the case. The provider refused to treat me and then did not know how to help me get a refund or contact customer service. Awful experience. I will be

Poor provider quality
Reached out to there support team as the “health care professional” who assisted me, denied my request and milked the clock until it could be considered an appointment. Never got a response back for help making the situation better and still got charged when no help was given.
Used to have decent care.
Doctors just tell you to go to urgent care now instead of actually helping. They give you a diagnosis but no help. Wasted my time and money. I used to recommend this app, but I will make sure I suggest some place actually helpful.

Can’t download the app on my iPhone 16. I can download other apps
