Please for the love of god can you fix the app so us “peasants” with older iPhones who can’t update to the new iOS software get into the app. This is ridiculous! I can’t even get onto the app. I can’t update my phone. Let me back on. I’m paying $700 a month can’t even use the app.

Two factor authentication only works if blue shield sends the second authentication
