APP crashes when trying to view ID card.
Discrimination is their motto
After logging in and finding a Doctors office, I called to make an appointment. At that moment it logged me out and would not let me log in. My login info was correct since it’s literally saved in my phone and I wrote it down. After multiple attempts it permanently locked me out indefinitely. I needed that information to give to the doctor’s office. You should all be ashamed of yourself. The makers of this app purposely locked me out when I found a doctor just to prevent me from getting help. I hope AI takes your job.

teledoc waiting is buggy / bad
If you have to wait for teledoc it is extremely unclear whether app can be closed, and after long enough of waiting it times out and requests log in again, not clear how notifications for teledoc work
Issues
Th app keeps shutting down. And I have a hard time finding some information, such as how much toward my deductible have I been given credit for.
Buggy
Hangs up on opening trivia feature. Also always in maintenance mode and unable to use right now
Only problems
I switched insurance because the doctor I wanted was covered on the website. Received my benefit card with my primary care physician on it. That primary care physician doesn’t accept my insurance. Called my previous doctor and they ran my subscriber ID that I am covered. I just need to switch primary care physicians. Just got off the phone with Blue Shield and they said that my previous doctor is not covered either. Now I have to go to urgent cares for referrals because I cannot go out of primary care physician on my card without paying full out-of-pocket. But the doctor on my card does not accept my insurance

Unusable. Scam insurance company
It’s impossible to login on this app or the website. I’m paying for health insurance and whenever I login it asks me if I’m still shopping for a plan. I go to a different page after logging in and then I’m not logged in anymore. I try again on the app and it says the app is unavailable for maintenance. I honestly believe this is all intentional so you can’t get anything out of the thousands of dollars we all spend on health insurance.

Useless app
Garbage app, doesn’t even show you how much of your deductible you’ve met.
App doesn’t work
Horrible app! Don’t recognize correct log in information. Customer support is located far abroad—in India or Bangladesh; the contact center operators cannot hear anything, and the connection keeps cutting out.
Spinning circle
This app is useless. All it does is show a spinning after I login.
2 Factor authentication not working
I am prohibited from even logging in due to not receiving a text even after trying multiple times
unusable if not registered already
I opened the app for the first time and tried to register, but I cannot dismiss the keyboard and the submit is covered up behind it. There’s not the usual dismiss button at the bottom, nor an enter button. Such a little thing but I can’t do anything! Will try again once I register on a laptop.

Doesn’t have all your card information. Used app twice and now it’s telling me to change my password. Nah i ll just delete it.

I tried logging in, didn’t work. Had to reset my password. Tried again and still doesn’t recognize my credentials. I don’t believe this app has five out of five stars here. Must be fake reviews.

I can’t even get into the app today. Please fix ASAP! I uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still a big problem…..
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I am continuously unable to see my doctors messages and get my work note. I have a concussion and now I won’t get the day off approved. I called support, I did everything and still nothing! I’m so upset!
Very slow and they track cookies
The app crashes whenever I’ve tried to use it. Why do they need to use tracking cookies? That should not be allowed!
Can’t log in
Every time I attempt to log in it sends a verification code and then directly sends me back to the log in screen over 15 times at the moment
Not working
The recent changes to the app caused it to no longer work. Used to function, and now it’s always frozen after signing in.
