Fire your app developers and get a refund

This app is the worst. It continually re-routes you to websites that crash, crashes or times out when you attempt to do anything (I.e. adding dependents), horrible UI, etc. I hate it and it makes me want to die every time I use it.

Use case for how an App can make you angry

I just want to find a doctor that my plan accepts. The app is useless and points you to the web which repeatedly crashes. When you try to use the regular blue shield app you cannot. I can’t believe this is an actual consumer facing product. Dreadful!
