Clunky App overly aggressive expense audits

The app is very clunky having to go through many forms of authentication and menus just to do simple tasks. The audit of expenses is extremely aggressive on money that’s already allocated to me and a reoccurring charge that should be an obvious review they constantly reject it. Very frustrating not recommended

This is a really bad cumbersome experience. Asks for a million things for claims. Lots of time wasted back and forth

Super high friction

They have people who doesn’t think on the other end approving or disapprove reimbursement.

Everything takes multiple tries. Super high effort. Plz get a better qa and ops team. Thx

Login broken

You need to login every time you open the app. In addition, the support doesn’t think you’re logged in even if you are!
