Claims submissions are completely broken.

App has been broken for months making it impossible to login
Login rarely works
I usually have to do my Forma claims on a desktop because logging in through the Forma app is broken frequently.
Can’t login
I’ve tried several times to get the “magic link” sent to my email address and I never receive it. I’ve checked junk and it’s not there. Thought it was because my work blocks some emails so I tried using my personal address and didn’t work there either.
Can’t even create
Cant even create an email to get my benefits from my company ??? Help ??
