Love this App!
I have used HealthJoy for a few benefits related items now & have been so happy with how easy it is. Requests are answered timely & have provided the information I need immediately without the need for follow ups.
Never works
App is useless. I can never log in due to the code that is supposed to be sent to either my phone or email. Neither is sent. Get rid of the code! All these multiple passwords and hoops just to log in is frustrating. I don’t even know what the app looks like because of this and anytime I message help about it they “know” about the issue and a fix is coming.

Can’t even access app
Can not even access app to set up my account. Keeps saying internal service issue. Hard to give more than 1 star when service is completely unusable.

Medical bill review was great
This team has helped me navigate the confusing waters of medical bills. And I’m not sure how or why, but a bill for over $1000 got written off by the provider. Yay!!!
