Love this App!
I have used HealthJoy for a few benefits related items now & have been so happy with how easy it is. Requests are answered timely & have provided the information I need immediately without the need for follow ups.
Never works
App is useless. I can never log in due to the code that is supposed to be sent to either my phone or email. Neither is sent. Get rid of the code! All these multiple passwords and hoops just to log in is frustrating. I don’t even know what the app looks like because of this and anytime I message help about it they “know” about the issue and a fix is coming.

Can’t even access app
Can not even access app to set up my account. Keeps saying internal service issue. Hard to give more than 1 star when service is completely unusable.

Medical bill review was great
This team has helped me navigate the confusing waters of medical bills. And I’m not sure how or why, but a bill for over $1000 got written off by the provider. Yay!!!

I love the HealthJoy app. It’s extremely useful, informative, and keeps all of my healthcare information in one convenient place. What truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer service. When my son was in the NICU and when we needed prescription assistance, the HealthJoy team went above and beyond by coordinating directly with providers and following through every step of the way. They have made navigating healthcare much less stressful, and I highly recommend the app.

Stopped working. Had to reinstall
On IOS 26 the buttons stopped working for half the app. Had to uninstall and then reinstall. They pushed a bad update.
Makes everything so much easier
Finding and scheduling providers has always been a headache for me, but with the HealthJoy app I get all the info I need to make an informed decision and sometimes a concierge even makes an appointment for me. It really helps to keep me motivated to stay on top of things.
Bad UI
Bad search for providers the filters suck it lists it in a weird order abc or something not availability and I think the filters doesnt work as I selected medication for the provider but got one that can’t prescribe me

This app and its team access information for your specific needs with updates, timelines, many providers, convenient locale for service and contact information. They follow through even the most impossible patient. Be kind. They’re extremely helpful.
Quick turnaround and great dental option
I requested assistance finding a dentist for several issues and one was found quickly with all the information I needed to move forward. This saved me so much time. I’m super appreciative.

Keeps advertising GLP-1s
I was happy to use this app for finding the doctors that I need, but in the last month it has given me THREE pop up notifications about GLP-1s. I’m disgusted. If my doctor thought I needed this, then they would prescribe it to me. I didn’t like receiving one notice for it, but would have let it slide despite not receiving any other medication “recommendations” from this app. But to receive three in this context?! Makes me think HealthJoy is getting some great kickbacks from these companies. Anyway, will not be reinstalling.
