Terrible App
Constant issues with signing in. I can’t sign in at all or use forgot password with the update. Also, if you want to call them and press the call button, nothing happens. I called the number on my card and the rep told me not to trust the provider search results in the app and to do it a different way on the website. Additionally she was unprofessional and gave me incorrect information.

Tap to call doesn’t work and can’t find a number listed on it. The app is difficult to use but so is the website.
Why does this app need to be updated every other day?
This app is ridiculous. It’s always needing to be updated. It’s really hard to navigate and super confusing. Horrible!!
