Absolutely terrible. If your company chose to go this route, I’m sincerely sorry. Good luck doing anything in this app.
How many clicks does it take?
We use this app for our corporate wellness program and it’s a running joke and source of annoyance amongst employees (along with the website). Not user friendly and takes 10 clicks to get anywhere actionable. If you’re reading this because your company is about to use it, my heart goes out to you.
Frustratingly glitchy
This app has been so frustrating and glitchy as is their website. Can’t log in, can’t track steps for the challenges at work. And, it causes my iPhone’s screen to go black at times. So annoying.
