Every time I need to review the benefits it wants to send a code to my email and it takes forever. WHY!!! I have given up

Login via app. Then they still require your insurance ID & more including social security —# to ask a general question. It’s a hassle.
Requires code to sign in, won’t send code for 10+ minutes
Was trying to login to my account while at my dentist appointment and had to wait for 10 minutes to get the required code to sign in. Why does my dental insurance need a code to see my group number.

Knocked off a point for not supporting zoomed display mode. Only supports default, which older people like me can’t use as we can’t see the buttons.
Because of that you can’t even log in, as someone else has already reviewed. The web form for input overlaps the submission button so the 2FA code can’t be completed.
