Very poor outdated app
The app is terrible. Face ID will not work. Login authentication is impossible via text, and slow via email. It’s time for a new, up to date app. Not expecting anything of the kind from this outdated company.
Awful Experience with the app
It’s the worst app I have ever used. I can’t even complete creating account so I can move forward to navigate the app
Broken App
The app kept crashing, I could not even log in for the first time. I received the Authenticator email to put in the code and the app said the code it’s wrong. Tried using the send a text for the code, I never received it. What a joke. With how much premium BCBS received each month you would think they can get a real app set up. To BCBSMS, if you paying for the app to get it setup and maintain, change another company please. Currently your app is a joke.

Easily the worst app on my phone. Perhaps the worst I’ve seen in years. Functions like a 1st gen app with no ability for Face ID, no recall of devices, annoying verification phone calls, but a passable interior once you log in.

Y’all need hire professionals to completely rewrite this app. It’s literally unusable
