Bad app design

Horrible app, it wouldn’t log me in for months because of endless login verification loop. So poorly thought through. Once that was resolved, now finding providers function is constantly running into an error. Essentially the app is designed to make it hard for one to use their health insurance.

Review of app

It would not let me choose no for my answer it forces you to say yes, and that to me is a problem so again, even when it asked me about a review, it would not let me put what I wanted. It forced me to do what I’m doing now so no it needs to have instructions on how to use it properly. It does not it did not I should say, and again it forces you to say yes when your answer is no.
