Buggy with Claims

Going to the pharmacy benefits via the CVS link to submit a claim has dead buttons. They don’t take you to the claim form like it used to.

Can’t claim Annual Physical Reward

The App throws errors and is extremely user unfriendly. They won’t let me claim my reward that they themselves gave me a notification for.

Federal BCBS

The apps provided for retired employees are very good for both RX and Medical. I do wish that the $800 MRA was automatic.
